Diesel prices have risen by 6% since 1 January 2012. You've almost certainly noticed that the diesel surcharge as of 1 January 2012 totals 10.03% and is set to climb to 12.31% on 1 October 2012. (To determine the percentage, we apply the basic price as of 1 January 2009.) We would obviously prefer to do this differently. To meet you, our client, halfway the best way we can, we've started a poll that allows you to indicate your preference regarding the diesel surcharge.
