To accommodate our increased workload, the Planning department recently welcomed Daniël Nowak.
Daniël became interested in transport and logistics at a very early age, an interest that was first sparked when playing the computer game Transport Tycoon. Fascinated by the game, he decided to pursue his dream career of being a Transport Planner. In 2005, he started studying Logistics in the Polish capital of Warsaw. Immediately after completing his studies, he began working in logistics. Now, years later, his work still inspires him.
Naturally, he has a life outside of work as well. Daniël likes to spend his free time with family and friends and loves winter sports, especially snowboarding. Every winter, he tries to spend at least one week in the mountains. His life motto is: ‘Nothing ventured, nothing gained’.
