As a result of growing economies in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we have significantly expanded our activities in these countries. We currently offer road transport for trailers, mega-trailers and volume combination trucks. Vehicles leave Roermond every day and we arrange transport for a wide variety of goods.
We calculate a turnaround time of one day for FTLs (full trailer loads) and between two and four day’s turnaround time for LTLs (less than a full load). Both countries have been members of the EU since 2004, which has simplified transport administration (a CMR note is sufficient). On Sundays and public holidays, trucks weighing more than 7.5 tonnes are prohibited from driving between the hours of 1 pm and 10 pm.
As a result of this significant growth in demand for transport, we have been working with a permanent local agent since 1 February 2011 earlier this year. This makes it possible for us to also offer transport from A to B within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
