Customer satisfaction survey

In our previous newsletter we mentioned the customer satisfaction survey conducted by us in March of this year. First of all, we would like to thank all of the customers who participated in this survey. The response was phenomenal! Our aim was to find out what you think about the support and service we provide and how we could optimise this further where necessary. On the whole we have been able to conclude that you are satisfied with many different aspects.

 Below is a summary of our findings: 

  • You are particularly satisfied with the service we provide.
  • We respond quickly to requests for quotes which is something you appreciate.
  • Delivery and collection times score highly.
  • Transcargo BV provides fast and expert information about shipments that are underway.
  • You are able to quickly reach the correct person at our company; the lines of communication are short.
  • You are positive about the reliability and expertise of our staff.

Naturally, we are very pleased with the results. Our challenge is now to maintain this level. Of course we will continue to aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Attention to quality is a continual process for Transcargo BV and we always aim to optimise and improve.
